Ashlee Miller, MEd, MS, is a Technical Assistance Consultant with SupportEd. Ashlee began working with SupportEd because of her passion for enhancing literacy and multilingual education. Ashlee began her career as an English Language Development Teacher at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School in Pennsylvania, teaching high school MLs in a sheltered instruction content classroom. Ashlee then transitioned to Radnor Township School District in Pennsylvania, teaching middle school MLs in a sheltered instruction content classroom.

During her tenure in Radnor Township School District, she also served as the K-12 English Language Development Program Coordinator, where she led professional learning initiatives, coordinated assessments, conducted internal program audits, and supported MLs through targeted instructional content-area coaching. After over a decade in the classroom, Ashlee became a 5th/6th Assistant Principal at Collegium Charter School in Pennsylvania, overseeing building operations and managing schedules to enhance program objectives.

Ashlee went on to join the Chester County Intermediate Unit in Pennsylvania, instructing in the post-baccalaureate English as a Second Language certification program, developing candidates in key competencies for English language instruction. As a School Support Specialist at the University of Delaware since 2022, Ashlee provides technical assistance by delivering professional learning experiences, instructional coaching, and support for educators, focusing on evidence-based and research-based practices in language and literacy.

Ashlee leverages her extensive experience in multilingual education and leadership to empower educators to support the linguistic, cultural, and academic needs of MLs. She advocates for equitable and inclusive practices that foster student success through her commitment to professional learning and instructional coaching.
