How to Access the Symposium

To access the Multilingual Learner Symposium Event Hub, go to supported.com/symposium2025 Password: symposium.
The Event Hub is easily accessible and located directly on the SupportEd website. No software installation needed to access the Event Hub.

Symposium Start Time

Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. Please note all times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Event Hub will be open for participants to explore and interact with amenities such as the discussion board and storefront on June 3.

Symposium Event Hub

The Multilingual Learner Symposium Event Hub is the online space where the event is taking place. This is where you can access everything you need— sessions, keynote address, discussion board, storefront, help desk, and more! Take a tour of the event hub below to get familiar with the space.

Event Hub Video Tour

Take the video tour to see the Event Hub, learn how to join sessions, and discover amenity & experience features.

Zoom Video Platform

All presentations will be utilizing the Zoom video platform. You do not need a Zoom account to join the sessions. Simply click enter session. Zoom will open in your browser or app. You’ll enter your name, then be placed in a waiting room until the sessions begin.

How to Obtain the PD Certificate

You will receive a certificate recognizing six professional development hours during the Closing Remarks. This certificate is only available to those who attend the live symposium. 

Receiving Your Complimentary Book

You will receive your book 12-15 business days after your registration payment has been confirmed. Please note, if you registered and paid after May 28, you will receive your complimentary book after June 5. However, the books are not required for the symposium. If you requested Advocating for English Learners as your complimentary book choice, please note that its Print-on-Demand from our publisher and will be delivered in 20-25 days after your registration.

Event-Wide Amenities

Live Discussion Board
Connect with fellow attendees to share ideas, explore challenges, and collaborate in real-time. The more you contribute, the richer the collaboration—so don’t hesitate to get involved!

Exclusive Storefront Access
24 hours prior to the event, the symposium storefront will be available with exclusive discounts and one-of-a-kind professional learning bundles for you to explore and purchase. It will remain open through the symposium.

Event Replay Available
Following the event, you’ll receive an email from the SupportEd team providing you access to all session recordings and Padlets for 30 days after the event. You’ll be able to revisit all session Padlets and catch up on the sessions you didn’t attend.

PD Certificates Awarded
A professional development (PD) certificate for six credit hours will be granted to participants for live session attendance only. PD certificates will be awarded during the symposium’s closing remarks.
