We are excited to announce that early this fall DSF Consulting changed its name to better reflect our commitment to supporting the English learner education community. As SupportEd we will continue to provide educators and other stakeholders in ELs’ education the skills and resources they need to champion ELs’ success within and beyond their classrooms.
With our new name we are also excited to announce a new website. Our website now features numerous new resources we have created and/or curated to help you serve English learners better. Highlights of our new website include:
-
Free tools: SupportEd has created free tools that are available on our website including an infographic on EL scheduling best practices.
-
New online course: SupportEd now has interactive online courses available. Join us in January for our course Effectively Advocating for English Learners. We will be announcing more courses over the coming months.
-
Resource list: SupportEd has compiled a range of important resources to better serve your English learners you can access both online and offline.
-
Presentations: SupportEd’s presentation materials from conferences nationwide are now available on our website. Most recently we spoke at the New York State TESOL Conference November 4th-5th, 2016.
We also welcome you to join our community of English learner educators, administrators, and advocates by signing up for our mailing list. We will be sending out monthly emails with the latest updates on new resources available and news affecting the English learner community. Welcome!
