Consider who, in your context, may be an ally who would support you in your work to address inequity. To start, consider focusing on one area that you feel is the highest priority to explore. Once you develop and implement a plan to address that area of inequity, you can revisit the guide to focus on another area of inequity.
How It Works
Step 1: Identify one area that you feel is a high priority that you would like to explore.
Step 2: Determine the data that you will need to have an informed understanding of the issue.
Step 3: Develop a plan to collect the data that you need.
Step 4: Reflect on what you learned from your data collection, who you would like to share the information with, and what steps you will take next to address the inequity.
